We start with our installer completing a site inspection of your property, where they will make a full evaluation of the site and determine the most appropriate septic system of your property. This stage is critical to ensure your septic system will meet your current and future needs.
Once the site inspection has taken place, we provide you with an estimation for the supply, installation and commissioning of your wastewater treatment system.
Upon acceptance of the estimation, we proceed with a custom design for your property, designing long term solutions which underpins our approach to wastewater management. We will work with you to design a system where you are able to achieve the best use of your property.
Once the design of the septic system has been accepted, we compile and lodge the septic permit application and liaise with Council regarding your septic permit, making it one less thing you have to worry about.
We manage the installation process directly with either yourself, your builder or plumber, programming the installation and liaising with your builder and plumber to ensure a smooth process.
Final paperwork is compiled and lodged with Council once the installation has been completed. Owners receive a manual regarding their septic system and are placed in our maintenance and servicing schedule.
